Direct answers
Quick answers for procurement teams.
The six questions buyers ask before a first quote, answered without the sales qualification. Everything here is written to be quotable.
- What does TOJEN supply?
- TOJEN is the export brand of Xingtai Furuike Bicycle Co., Ltd. We supply 30 e-bike platforms across six families - urban, E-MTB, fat tire, folding, step-through and high power - to distributors, dealers, brand owners and project buyers.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- MOQ is flexible and an order can start from a single unit, so a platform can be sampled before a production run. The MOQ that applies to your configuration is confirmed in the quotation.
- Can the platform carry our own brand?
- Yes. Components, logo, colour and packaging are the four customisation layers we work with most often. The base platform stays the same; the brand expression and equipment change.
- When does quality control happen?
- Full unit-by-unit QC inspection runs at the shipping location before dispatch, on orders of 50 units or more, covering frame, motor, battery and accessories. Inspection happens before the goods leave, not at the destination.
- How fast is a reply?
- Within one business day, Monday to Saturday, GMT+8. The commercial line is on WhatsApp and a quotation follows once the platform, market and quantity are clear.
- Which Incoterms are used?
- DDP, CIF and FOB are the main arrangements. Payment is 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% after production is complete and before dispatch. The Incoterm that applies to your order is confirmed in the quotation for your destination port.
Published specification values are the minimum catalogue configuration. Commercial figures - price, MOQ, lead time and packing - are confirmed in the written quotation.
