How we handle your data.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Xingtai Furuike Bicycle Co., Ltd., an e-bike brand and B2B supplier whose platforms are built by a manufacturing partner in Xingtai, Hebei, China, trading internationally under the TOJEN brand. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What you give us

This is a B2B sourcing site. We only hold information that you choose to send us, and only for the purpose of answering your enquiry and preparing a quotation.

Please do not send us special-category data (health, political, religious or similar information) or personal data about anyone who has not agreed to it. If you send us a specification or artwork, you are responsible for having the right to share it.

3. Measurement, cookies and what we do not do

When you accept, Google Analytics 4 records page views and the enquiry actions listed below, on Google's infrastructure and under Google's terms. It does not receive your name, company, email address or the content of a sourcing brief: the brief is only sent when you choose to send it yourself through WhatsApp or email. We do not run advertising, retargeting or tracking pixels, we do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not buy contact lists.

The measurement events we record are: page views, whatsapp_click, email_click, catalog_download, certificate_view, product_inquiry and rfq_submit. They tell us which pages lead to a question, not who asked it.

Alongside that, three small records are kept in your own browser, never sent to us on their own: tojen.consent (your Accept or Decline choice), tojen.rfq.log (a short-lived list of briefs already sent from this browser, so the same brief is not counted twice) and tojen.firstLanding (the first page of your visit, so we can tell which page brought you here). Clearing your browser data removes all three.

4. How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry, prepare and follow up a quotation, and agree a sourcing brief with you.
• To arrange samples, production, inspection, shipping and after-sales support if you place an order.
• To keep a record of the commercial relationship and to meet our own accounting and legal obligations.

We rely on your request to take steps towards a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where the law requires consent, we will ask for it separately.

5. Who we share it with

We keep access as narrow as we can. Information may be seen by:

• Our own staff who handle sales, engineering and shipping for your enquiry.
• The affiliated manufacturing and group entities that build and prepare the goods, where that is needed to quote or produce your order.
• Logistics, freight and customs partners, where that is needed to ship goods you have ordered.
• Professional advisers or authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

We are based in China, so information you send us is processed here. Where a transfer is subject to data protection law such as the EU GDPR, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data continues to be protected — for example by limiting transfers to what the enquiry or order requires and by using contractual safeguards where they apply.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and quotation records while the commercial relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as we need them for accounting, certification and legal records. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted when they are no longer useful.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Ask us to delete data we no longer need.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We keep access to enquiry data restricted to the people who need it, and we do not publish buyer names, documents or order details. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure — please send sensitive documents over a channel you are comfortable with.

10. Children

This site is for business buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the version line above. Material changes will be described here rather than applied silently.
