The terms behind every quotation.
How we quote, inspect, pack and stand behind an order — and where each commercial figure is confirmed.
1. Scope
These terms apply to quotations, samples and orders for e-bikes and related products supplied by Xingtai Furuike Bicycle Co., Ltd. under the TOJEN brand. They sit alongside the individual quotation issued for your order. Where the two differ, the signed quotation governs.
Commercial figures belong in the quotation. Prices, payment terms, Incoterms, MOQ, lead times and spare-parts scope depend on the platform, the configuration, the volume and the destination market. We confirm them per order in writing rather than publishing numbers on this site that would not hold for your project.
2. Quotations
A quotation is prepared for the platform families, configuration and destination market you describe in your sourcing brief. It states what is included and what is not. Quotations are issued for a stated validity period and are re-confirmed if that period passes or if the specification changes.
3. Orders and confirmation
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and the deposit agreed in the quotation has been received. Changes requested after confirmation — specification, colour, branding, packaging or quantity — are subject to re-quotation and may move the lead time.
4. Prices, payment and delivery terms
| Item | How it is agreed |
|---|---|
| Unit price | Quoted per platform and configuration for the agreed volume |
| Payment terms | Confirmed in the quotation |
| Incoterms | Confirmed in the quotation for your destination port |
| Currency | Confirmed in the quotation |
| Taxes, duties, clearance | Buyer's responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise |
5. Lead time
Lead time is confirmed per order in the quotation and runs from the point the deposit and the final confirmed specification are both in place. It covers component preparation, production, inspection and packing; shipping time and customs clearance are separate.
6. Inspection and quality control
Orders of 50 units or more receive a full unit-by-unit inspection at the shipping location before dispatch, covering frame, motor, battery and accessories. This happens at our manufacturing partner's facility before the goods leave, so anything found is corrected while the order is still under our control. Inspection scope and reporting are confirmed in the quotation. Buyers are welcome to arrange a third-party inspection before dispatch at their own cost.
7. Certificates and compliance documents
We hold conformity and test documentation for our platforms, and we issue the compliance file that applies to the models you shortlist and the market you sell in. Certificate numbers are obscured on this site to deter misuse; complete copies are provided during the sourcing review. Registered marks and certification scope stay with the issuing entity and are not transferred by a sale.
It remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the platform, specification and labelling meet the requirements of the destination market before resale.
8. Acceptance and claims
Please inspect goods on arrival. Report shortages, damage or specification differences through the process and within the time window stated in your quotation. We will investigate and propose a remedy — replacement, credit or repair — depending on what the claim is. Claims raised after the stated window may not be accepted.
9. Spare parts and technical support
Complete bicycles are not covered by a blanket warranty covering every component of the complete bicycle. TOJEN does not provide a blanket warranty covering every component of the complete bicycle. Against non-human damage, the frame carries a 12-month limited warranty and the battery carries a 6-month limited warranty. Other components and spare-parts support are confirmed in the quotation. We state this up front rather than burying it in a warranty clause, so the cost of keeping a platform running is visible before you order.
Spare-parts scope, quantities and any local stocking plan are agreed in the sourcing brief and confirmed with the quotation. Name the components you expect to need and they are priced into the original order instead of being shipped separately later.
After-sales contact is by WhatsApp or phone — see the numbers on the support page. Email is used for quotations, specifications and documents rather than for after-sales.
10. Title and risk
Title and risk pass to the buyer according to the Incoterms agreed in the quotation. Until payment is complete, goods remain our property where the applicable law allows.
11. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control — including natural events, transport disruption, port congestion, epidemic control measures, or changes in law. The affected party will inform the other and the timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
12. Governing law and disputes
Unless the quotation states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through direct discussion; if that fails, the dispute will be referred to the forum named in the quotation.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version in force for your order is the one issued with your quotation.
