In short: four documents are published as redacted public previews. They do not all have the same holder, they do not all cover the same product, and one of them expires on 28 September 2026. No document on this site is presented as covering the full range, and a certification statement is only added to a product page once that model is mapped to a document.

How to read these previews

Every image carries the notice “REDACTED PUBLIC PREVIEW — MODEL SCOPE & VALIDITY MUST BE VERIFIED”. Numbers, signatures, stamps and contact details are obscured in the preview and are provided in full with the sourcing review, where the document can be checked against the issuing body's own verification route.

A certification statement is added to a product page only after the document, the holder and the model have been mapped for that specific order. Until then the product pages make no certification claim.

What we do not claim

Two items that are sometimes quoted for e-bike sourcing - MS3556 and UN38.3 battery transport testing - are not among the published documents above. Where a route or a buyer requires them, the requirement is confirmed in the quotation rather than claimed here. REACH evidence is published at component-sample level only.

How to get a verifiable copy.

Full copies are issued in the sourcing review, against a named model and a named market, so that the scope can be checked rather than assumed.

  1. Step 01Name the modelGive the Catalogue number and the market you intend to sell into, so the mapping can be checked against the document scope.
  2. Step 02Receive the mappingYou get the document, its holder, its scope and its dates for that model - including the case where no mapping exists yet.
  3. Step 03Verify independentlyIssuing bodies publish their own verification routes. Check the document there as well; an issuing body's own register outranks any supplier statement.
