The UAE is our primary development market. We do not claim road legality for any configuration and we do not publish customer names or delivery counts; use case and compliance are verified with the buyer before a model is listed.

03 · Enquiry checklist
Six things to settle for a Gulf order.
These are the questions we put into a UAE brief. None of them is answered with a published number, because every one depends on the configuration.
- Heat and storage. Ask how the battery should be stored and charged in sustained high ambient temperature, and what the guidance is for vehicles left outdoors.
- Dust and sealing. Ask which connectors, display and battery interface are used, and what the sealing approach is - as a question, not as an IP-rating claim.
- Range expectation. Range depends on rider weight, terrain, assist level and temperature. Treat any range figure as a quotation-level calculation, not a published specification.
- Battery configuration. 36V 8Ah and 48V 10Ah behave differently on weight and charging time. Fix the system before comparing platforms.
- Tyres and surfaces. Fat tyre, city tyre and folding tyre sizes change ride feel and carton volume. Ask for the ETRTO marking rather than the nominal inch size.
- Documentation. Agree the document list for the model and the market before the order, including who holds each document and what it covers.
04 · Commercial terms
MOQ, samples, payment and shipping.

- Minimum orderMOQ is flexible and an order can start from a single unit, so a platform can be sampled first. The MOQ for a specific configuration is confirmed in the quotation.
- SamplesA sample or pilot batch is how buyers verify ride quality, finish and packaging on a real unit. Sample terms and fees are confirmed in the quotation.
- CustomisationComponents, logo, colour and packaging are the four layers changed most often. Sample approval and change control apply to custom builds.
- Payment30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance after production is complete and before dispatch.
- ShippingFOB, CIF and DDP are the main arrangements. The Incoterm for your destination port is confirmed in the quotation.
- After-salesThere is no blanket warranty covering every component of the complete bicycle. TOJEN does not provide a blanket warranty covering every component of the complete bicycle. Against non-human damage, the frame carries a 12-month limited warranty and the battery carries a 6-month limited warranty. Other components and spare-parts support are confirmed in the quotation.
05 · Documents
How to verify what you are being shown.
Documents are published as redacted public previews, each with its own holder, standard, dates and model scope.
- Step 01Read the holderEach document names its own holder, and the holders are not all the same entity. Check that the holder is the one your import file needs.
- Step 02Read the model scopeA document covers the models and variants listed on it. Our catalogue numbers are not the same codes, so ask for the mapping rather than assuming it.
- Step 03Read the datesValidity and expiry are on the document. One published document expires on 28 September 2026 and is kept in the historical evidence area from that date.
No configuration on this site is presented as road legal in the UAE or in any other market. Dubai sets rules on where e-bikes may be used and on braking, lighting and equipment; confirm those requirements for the final configuration and the intended use with the local authority or your distributor before listing a model.
